About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our growing global HR team. This role will be an Individual Contributor (IC) position, focused on managing core People Ops activities and supporting employees across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional with experience in global organizations and the ability to work across time zones.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and other employment changes.

  • Provide support to employees and stakeholders globally, ensuring consistent and seamless People Operations across regions.

  • Maintain and update HR systems (primarily HiBob, with exposure to Microsoft Office and HRIS tools) to ensure accurate employee records and reporting.

  • Partner with hiring managers and global HR peers to deliver guidance, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

  • Handle confidential employee data with the highest level of discretion, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance communication throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, helping foster cultural alignment and connection within a distributed workforce.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, ideally in a tech or fast-paced global organization.

  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks globally.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
