About the Role
 
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize the systems that power our business operations. You will work closely with Finance, HR, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our internal tools, integrations, and automations are reliable, scalable, and effective.This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems with a mix of engineering rigor and business process understanding.
 
Responsibilities
  • System Design & Development: Build, customize, and maintain internal business applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM, finance tools).
  • Integrations & Automation: Create robust integrations between SaaS systems and automate workflows to reduce manual work.
  • Data & Reporting: Design pipelines and dashboards that ensure teams have access to clean, accurate, and actionable data.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Scalability & Security: Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and capable of scaling with business growth.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the technical escalation point for system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, business systems, or IT engineering roles.
  • Strong programming skills. JavaScript preferred.  (e.g., Python, or similar).
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and building system integrations.
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with business tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier).
  • Familiarity with identity management (SSO, SAML, Okta).
  • Knowledge of financial systems and reporting.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or enterprise IT environment.
