We are seeking an exceptional operator to join Turing’s Office of the CEO as a Strategy & Operations Associate. This is a high-impact role designed for early-career professionals who want to accelerate their trajectory in strategy, operations, or leadership.

Think of this role as an executive apprenticeship: direct exposure to CEO-level decision-making, mission-critical projects, and the opportunity to shape the growth of a frontier AI company. Alumni of this role often go on to become senior leaders, founders, or operators in high-growth companies.

This role will provide you:

  • Direct exposure to high-stakes, company-defining decisions.
  • A steep learning curve — the equivalent of years of experience compressed into two.
  • A launchpad into leadership roles in strategy, operations, marketing, or business building.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives
    • Support the execution of high-priority CEO projects, including scaling AI adoption across the company, engaging with PR partners to shape Turing’s external narrative, and evaluating new efficiency plays.
  • Project & Process Leadership
    • Build and run lightweight systems to ensure CEO priorities stay on track.
    • Track deliverables and follow-ups across functions — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Executive Enablement
    • Prepare concise briefs, meeting prep, and internal comms that allow the CEO and Chief of Staff to move faster.
    • Shadow, plan, absorb, analyze and action priorities alongside our CEO and represent the CEO’s office in meetings with executives and external partners.
  • Research & Analysis
    • Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, and tools (e.g. AI vendors, PR strategies).
    • Translate insights into recommendations that inform CEO-level decisions.

Who You Are

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy/operations, business ops, or a founder’s/CEO’s office role.
  • Strong project management skills — highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical and structured thinker who can distill complex problems into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communicator — crisp in writing and confident in working with executives.
  • Highly proactive — you anticipate needs and act without waiting to be told.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments and is motivated by impact.

What You’ll Gain

  • A front-row seat to how a CEO and executive team operate in a frontier AI company.
  • Mentorship from the Chief of Staff and exposure to leadership across the organization.
  • Experience driving projects that sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.
  • A career-launching role that sets you up for senior strategy, operations, or leadership positions.

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary + equity
