Job Location: IITM Research Park, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, descriptions, and specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate periodic reports on hiring metrics.
  • Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Assist in employer branding activities, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
