Mission Engineer
The Mission Engineer will help evolve the program integrating commercial trends like Agile development, Cloud migration, Automation techniques (AI/ML), and streamlined DevOps deployments to our users in operations. The Mission Engineer will be a technical member of a dynamic systems engineering team, that is deeply involved in the day to day functions of the SIGINT systems, as well as provide recommendations for modifications and future evolutions.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 7+ years with Technical SIGINT analysis fields
- Experience supporting and deploying Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) SIGINT systems
- Experience supporting and deploying Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions into end-to-end systems
- Experience with large data architecture
- Experience with modern-software, cloud-based technologies, and tool offerings
- Experience providing remote technical support to mission operators and analysts
- Strong documentation skills and experience preparing and delivering briefs to senior government leadership
- Understanding of milestones and expectations within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience on an Agile software development team and delivering iterative software solutions
- Proven ability to work as a self-started with minimal daily oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
Clearance Requirements
- An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Salary Range
$83,700 - $173,800 USD
