System Integration Analyst II
About the Role
As a System Integration Analyst II, you will serve as a key liaison between our customers, internal operations, and IT development teams to ensure seamless system integration and configuration support. You will gather and document business requirements, design solutions aligned with industry best practices, and oversee testing across the full project lifecycle. This role involves managing multiple assignments simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in how our TMS platform serves customer needs. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, organized, and comfortable operating across both technical and business-facing environments.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Provide configuration support to legacy customers within stated SLA of 3 business days
- Elicit, understand, document, test, and support, business requirements presented by internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross functional peers to design a solution that supports the customer’s business cases and emcompasses industry standard best practices
- Effectively convey business requirements to business users, developers, and customers
- Provide a baseline estimate of effort for assigned projects; update that estimate once the details of the future state are approved
- Log time as instructed and on time week over week
- Gain and maintain a thorough and practical understanding of how TMS modules, features, and functionality are implemented to satisfy the needs of a customer
- Serve as the liaison between Solutions Development/Operations/Customer and the broader IT development org
- Execute and participate in the testing process for large projects as well as individual change requests, including unit, integration, regression, and performance with a focus on minimizing defects and rework
- Plan and schedule the sequencing of events involved in small/medium scale efforts based on Development Cycles, including the coordination of cross-team participants
- Provide testing support to QA during functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Learn Operations use of the system and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead multiple assignments simultaneously and be expected to meet all deliverables on time
- Document task progress using WorkFront
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of related experience as a professional in supply chain or IT systems management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Transportation, Logistics, or Supply chain experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical aptitude
- Leadership qualities, e.g. presents well and articulate
- Organized but flexible
