Sobre el Rol: 
Como Practicante de Ventas en Uber Freight Mexico Customs, powered by TP Laser, obtendrás experiencia práctica en el área comercial. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Ventas, apoyando en tareas operativas como la gestión de documentos, desarrollo de presentaciones e investigaciones de mercado. Esta posición requiere alto orden, habilidades administrativas y manejo de herramientas tecnológicas. Buscamos estudiantes activos de Comercio Exterior o carreras afines con ganas de desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico.

Requisitos Básicos: 

  • Actualmente cursando el 6.º o 7.º semestre de la carrera de Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Administración o alguna carrera técnica afín. 
  • Habilidades: Sentido de urgencia, toma de decisiones, proactividad, responsabilidad. 
  • Idioma: inglés básico/intermedio (deseable). 
  • Front Office: Redacción de correos electrónicos, gestión de calendario. 

Dominio de Software:

  • Google Sheets / Excel (Básico). 
  • Google Docs (Básico). 
  • Gmail (Básico, incluyendo correo en la nube, gestión de calendario y formato de correos electrónicos). 
  • Gemini (Básico)

Habilidades: Pensamiento analítico, resolución de problemas, multitarea, gestión del tiempo, comunicación asertiva (escrita y verbal) en español e inglés. 

Disponibilidad: Medio tiempo, 30 horas por semana.

 

Responsabilidades: 

 

  • Apoyo al equipo con la gestión y control de documentación administrativa del área comercial.
  • Apoya al equipo con la administración y distribución de material de marketing y prospección.
  • Apoyo en la preparación de presentaciones comerciales y de marketing.
  • Investigación de mercado y análisis de empresas objetivo (Accounts/Leads).
  • Apoyo al equipoc con la elaboración de reportes de avance e indicadores para el equipo directivo.
  • Apoyo al equipo con el seguimiento puntual a cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales enviadas.
