Summary of Position:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary contact between customers and US Conec. Assists customers with the selection and purchase of all US Conec products and services, while maintaining excellent working relationships. Communicates with customers, both external and internal, via telephone and email - enter quotes, orders, notifications, return orders, sample orders, streamline quality issues or concerns and implement customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
- Enters and expedites orders in an accurate, timely manner using US Conec processing system
- Gives direction and aid for shipping and export
- Develops a high level of product knowledge including technical specifications, pricing procedures and systems for all products, tools, and services sold and marketed by US
- Gains knowledge of credit policy; obtain credit information from customers and customers set
- Maintains and uses files on product specifications, pricing information, open/close customer orders and customer
- Prepares project level/formal quotes/contracts based on the strategies provided by Sales or Product Management teams.
- Participates with order scheduling, quotes, routing, returns, invoicing, and credits
- Facilitates information transfer between Customers, CSR, Product Management, Sales, and Application Engineers as needed.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal/external customers, manage assigned accounts and support all regional teams/coverage as needed.

Education and Skill Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer service or supporting account management/ or inside sales.
- A high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, maturity, and flexibility.
- Highly developed skills of prioritization, personal organization, attention to detail, time management, and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proven skills at supporting internal and external customers and aggressively nurturing a positive attitude through difficult
- Skilled at identifying procedural problems as well as suggesting and implementing
- Must be flexible, have a high energy level and be a team player
- Proficiency with CRM/BI (Salesforce or other) a plus, Microsoft Office, and ERP/ JDE order
- management systems
- Foreign Language skills a plus/JDE order management systems.
