What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Channel Marketing team. We list our properties on 3rd party advertising channels like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. This position will be dedicated to making sure our listings are live and bookable on channels. Daily responsibilities include publishing listings on channels, completing regular projects to troubleshoot listing errors, and improving listing performance by developing the ability to see our listings from the guest's perspective, as well as the property owner's.  

For this candidate to be successful, he/she must be highly self-motivated and directed with the desire to participate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and interested in being part of an organization committed to continuous growth and improvement. This is a position that must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism and interact with a diverse team.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct daily distribution to external channel listing sites using reporting tools
  • You will collaborate and communicate with internal teams daily via emails and other internal communication channels
  • You will assist in facilitating channel partner initiatives, listing optimization, and review performance metrics
  • Research errors and resolve issues with listings
  • Work effectively both independently and as a member of the team
  • Ability to complete assigned projects to fruition while meeting deadlines
  • Support channel team in achieving distribution performance goals
  • Other duties, as assigned.

The Skills You’ll Need

  • Previous travel or industry related experience is preferred
  • Bilingual English / Spanish required.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and documents
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
  • Ability to multi-task and use a variety of systems and tools
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation

  • $1083333 CLP / gross monthly.  Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.
