Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology transfer projects for new product introduction, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality requirements
- Coordinate and drive all transfer-specific activities across cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and execution of project milestones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure projects meet regulatory, GMP, and internal quality system requirements while achieving schedule and performance objectives
- Oversee project financials and reporting, facilitate meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on technology transfer or new product introduction
- Demonstrated expertise leading complex, cross-functional projects in GMP-regulated environments with minimal oversight
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality systems, and manufacturing processes (e.g., GMP, validation, tech transfer lifecycle)
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and financials across multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing directly with clients and senior leadership
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
