About the Role

We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager to join Verkada’s Content & Campaigns team, helping bring our brand stories, customer proof points, and product launches to life through exceptional content and creative execution.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a high volume of marketing assets that power our integrated campaigns, from emails and landing pages to digital ads, webinars, and event collateral. You’ll work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, and field marketing teams to ensure every piece of content supports a cohesive campaign strategy and aligns with Verkada’s brand standards.

This is a mid-level role ideal for a marketer with 4-6 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our campaigns look, sound, and perform, helping drive engagement, pipeline, and brand consistency across every channel. This role reports into our Sr Content Marketing Manager, who heads the content team at Verkada.

 We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Create, manage, and maintain campaign assets across digital, email, and event channels (e.g., landing pages, emails, ads, slide decks, one-pagers, and social posts).
  • Collaborate with the Content & Campaigns team to ensure every asset ladder ups to broader messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Work with Product Marketing to translate complex product stories into clear, engaging assets tailored to target audiences.
    Partner with the Design team to brief, review, and iterate on creative deliverables that align with brand and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across demand generation, digital, and field marketing to ensure alignment on timelines and asset usage.
  • Support content refreshes and adaptations for different industries, personas, and regions.
  • Track asset performance and campaign metrics, helping identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain campaign and asset libraries for consistency and reuse across global marketing teams

 

What You Bring

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within integrated, campaign, or content marketing functions.
  • Proven experience creating a high volume of marketing assets across multiple formats and channels.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for brand tone, clarity, and consistency.
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally with content, design, and demand generation teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CMS tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Contentful).
  • Analytical mindset; able to interpret campaign data and suggest optimizations.

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$130,000 - $190,000 USD
