About the Role
We’re hiring an Associate Recruiter (New Grad) to join our Hardware & Hardware Operations recruiting team. This role is designed for a recent graduate (within the last 9 months) who’s excited to begin a career in recruiting and talent acquisition while gaining hands-on experience supporting highly technical teams.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with a seasoned recruiter while also owning meaningful recruiting responsibilities of your own. You’ll support full-cycle recruiting efforts, actively source and engage passive candidates, manage candidate pipelines in our ATS, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with other recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations roles
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Draft and send personalized outreach messages to build early-stage pipelines
- Conduct candidate phone screens and support early-stage candidate evaluation
- Own candidate coordination and scheduling across phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews, including multi–time zone and international coordination
- Manage candidate workflows and data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse), including stage movement, notes, interview feedback, and reporting
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a thoughtful, responsive, and professional experience
- Support offer processes, reference checks, and onboarding handoffs
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, and interview teams
- Identify and implement improvements to sourcing strategies, recruiting workflows, coordination processes, and ATS usage
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing
- Curiosity and persistence when engaging passive candidates
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in systems and process-driven work
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally
- Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$65,000 - $75,000 USD
