Position Overview
The Fulfillment Coordinator performs the physical tasks involved with the prepping, shipping, receiving, storing, and other order fulfillment duties for transponders and other tolling equipment. The role also coordinates activities across vendors, purchasing, and business partner teams.
What you’ll do
- Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
- Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment.
- Responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments.
- Inspect stock and distribute materials in inventory.
- Perform warehouse/inventory control processes including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
- Perform inventory transactions systematically in a timely and accurate manner, including material return to stock.
- The role also may have secondary responsibilities for data entry and exception/expedite handling.
What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous work experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line preferred.
- Must be able to do repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, keep up with high productivity/quality standards, and closely follow instructions.
- Team player with high attention to detail.
- Willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Experience using office equipment including a computer, copier, scanner, printer, etc.
- Ability to navigate through internet-based system screen
