Arizona-based Verra Mobility Corp. currently operates in 15 countries and in 22 languages.

We have established our European headquarters in Amsterdam, from which we have launched our tolling and violation management solution business in Europe in 2019. We further have offices in London, Paris, Madrid, and Budapest, with a workforce of close to 100 people.

Our European tolling business has established relationships with tolling authorities throughout Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, and Ireland, through which we offer interoperable electronic tolling directly to consumers, through white-label partnerships and to RAC customers, depending on location.

Additionally, our European violations business specializes in the identification, notification, and collection of unpaid traffic, parking and public transport related fees, charges, and penalties issued to foreign registered vehicles or persons on behalf of issuing authorities in more than 17 European countries. We provide our services in more than 20 languages and more than 10 currencies and to leverage existing connections with approximately 30 vehicle licensing authorities and over 600 toll and ticket-issuing authorities for whom we bill violators in more than 135 countries.

The fulfillment coordinator performs tasks associated with the fulfillment of transponders for our clients. The physical or administrative tasks involved with the assembly, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.  The fulfillment coordinator will be responsible for ensuring work is consistently flowing through the department and that service levels and productivity expectations are being met.

The role also coordinates activities across vendors, purchasing, and business partner teams. In addition, the role performs the administrative functions of data processing, exception processing, and reporting. 

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of critical thinking, good judgment and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals/teams in a result-oriented environment with changing priorities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions associated with data entry, reporting, data reconciliation, electronic order processing, and tracking.
  • Manage email boxes associated with order receiving
  • Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices
  • Maintains records of received goods and rejects damaged items
  • Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped
  • Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment
  • Prepares and assembles kitting packages for customer fulfillment
  • Responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments
  • Inspects stock and distributes materials in inventory
  • Performs warehouse and inventory control processes of the warehouse including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory
  • Performs inventory transactions systematically in a timely and accurate manner including material return to stock
  • Coordinates carrier activity for freight (in bound and out bound) ensuring all shipping documentation is correct and accurate
  • Coordinates Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance for all part kits
  • Manage and oversee inventory levels, inventory movement, material requests, orders, upcoming demand, and work in process. Effectively partners with purchasing, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Produce reports and summaries for the leadership team to tell the story of inventory levels, order status, and expected delivery.
  • Coordinate fulfillment personnel to ensure quality and turn-time SLAs are met consistently.
  • Ensure fulfillment procedures and procurement/setup processes are documented, up to date at all times, and communicated to all members of the team.
  • Identify, suggest, and help implement cost savings and/or efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure adequate staffing during fluctuating volumes. 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or 3 years equivalent experience in Warehousing, Fulfillment or related field
  • Experience in productivity-based processes
  • Experience in using Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Solid spreadsheet skills with formulas and formatting. Able to produce spreadsheet reports and summaries for the leadership team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with vendors and internal customers
