Via is on a mission to create public transportation systems that provide far greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education. Our platform serves as the technology backbone for modern transit networks, transforming antiquated and siloed public transportation systems into smart, data-driven, and efficient digital networks. With hundreds of agency partners around the world, Via is recognized as the leading transportation technology and service provider globally.

We operate with speed, autonomy, creativity, and the conviction that exceptional people are the engine of every breakthrough at Via.

What You'll Do:

  • Run fast, thoughtful, and innovative recruiting processes that give candidates a great experience and help teams move quickly
  • Actively engage with a broad range of roles across the entire organization. Whether it's Operations, Partnerships, Finance, or Engineering, you will foster collaboration and work closely with hiring managers to define and optimize interview processes
  • Champion our values around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion on a daily basis; join our team's commitment to cultivating a culture where candidates of all backgrounds are welcomed and celebrated
  • Manage workflows in our ATS (Greenhouse) with an eye for detail, and promptly share feedback with the hiring teams

Who You Are:

  • An excellent communicator in English (C2 level, verbal and written); German or French fluency is not required but a strong plus
  • A reliable team player who is highly organized and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks effectively while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Naturally curious and always learning; you want to understand the why behind decisions and enjoy contributing ideas, not just executing on a problem
  • Steady, optimistic, and solution-oriented in every situation; we are Via’s culture carriers
  • Energized by ambiguous, complex challenges that require good judgment and thoughtful problem-solving

What We Offer:

  • Becoming part of a company that was awarded for its commitment to social good:
    • We are one of 17 Ventures That Embody the U.N.’s 17 Sustainability Goals.
    • Inc. Magazine’s “Best in Business” Awardee in the software category for Companies That Put Purpose Before Profit
  • Hybrid work environment: a vibrant office situated in the heart of Berlin, in Mitte
  • Weekly lunches and breakfast
  • Urban Sports Club membership
  • Annual gross salary: €40k. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills
