Account Manager II

Vimeo is looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing enterprise accounts within our Vimeo Enterprise product line. Furthermore, you will identify and land key opportunities within your book of business. We value intelligence and resourcefulness, and are looking for someone who consistently strives to do their best work.

What you'll do: 

  • Oversee accounts within Vimeo’s Enterprise product customer base in our Commercial segment, supporting clients with 100-500 employees
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of renewal and expansion opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
  • Confidently convey Vimeo’s value proposition through direct client engagement and by leveraging relevant communication tools
  • Assist in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices to enhance the customer experience
  • Understand and anticipate clients’ business needs to drive the success of key accounts 
  • Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions 
  • Assist in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices 
  • Become a product expert and strategic advisor, guiding clients on how to best leverage our technology for business growth

Skills and knowledge you should possess: 

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
  • Strong experience retaining and expanding accounts
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners
  • Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable

Bonus points for: 

  • Online Video Platform (OVP) experience, or knowledge of online video technologies
  • Knowledge of live streaming technologies 
  • Experience carrying a $3MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of business with 100+ clients
  • Track record of exceeding quotas

Base Salary Range:

  • NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles:    $75,000 to $103,500
  • All other US cities outside above metro areas:    $67,500 to $93,150

This role also includes on-target commissions in addition to base salary.
