VP, Product, Enterprise

We are seeking a highly customer-centric VP, Product to spearhead our Enterprise product business. Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, your primary focus will be deeply understanding and addressing the needs of our enterprise customers to drive product strategy and growth. You will dedicate approximately 70% of your time engaging directly with customers to gather insights, build relationships, and ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value. You will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across various functions, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, with a strong emphasis on translating customer feedback into impactful product development and market strategies. You will also be responsible for managing the financial budget for the Enterprise product line, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.

This role is expected to be present in our NYC headquarters at least 3 days a week. This role requires you to be readily available to our customer base and actively contribute to the collaborative environment of our New York office.

What You'll Do:

  • Spend approximately 70% of your time engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges, needs, and opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into a compelling strategic vision and roadmap for the Enterprise product line.
  • Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the enterprise segment through customer-centric product development.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various functions, fostering a customer-first mindset and ensuring their professional growth.
  • Oversee and manage the financial budget for the Enterprise product line, including forecasting, resource allocation, and expense tracking to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to define go-to-market strategies informed by deep customer understanding.
  • Ensure the successful delivery and adoption of enterprise products that solve key customer problems and deliver significant value.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, sales, or customer success, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software and direct customer interaction.
  • Proven track record of leveraging customer insights to drive product strategy and growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing product teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
  • Experience with financial planning and budget management for a product line or business unit.
  • Exceptional customer engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).

Base Salary Range:

  • NYC Metro: $246,000 - $337,500
