The candidate will also contribute to QA innovation, including exploring the use of AI-driven testing approaches.
What you’ll be doing:

- Acquire a strong understanding of the functional working of different application modules and support teams with testing activities as needed.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform end-to-end functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- Test and validate the mobile version of the website, ensuring functionality, usability, and consistency across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA members to identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
- Contribute to QA innovation initiatives, including exploring how AI tools can be leveraged to generate test cases faster and improve test reporting.
- Gain working knowledge of synthetic tests, including monitoring and maintenance, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and documentation.
What we want from you:
- Proven experience in a Manual QA / Test Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex business and functional workflows.
- Experience in mobile web testing across multiple devices and platforms.
- Good defect management skills using standard tracking tools (e.g. Jira or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to support teams when additional QA capacity is needed.
If you know some of this even better:
- Exposure to AI-based testing tools or interest in applying AI to test case generation and reporting.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with synthetic monitoring or synthetic tests.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-team delivery environments.
