Business Transformation Lead

Location: UK/US

We are committed to delivering world class operational delivery and end to end business transformation across the global BU Apps business (UC/CCaaS). This ranges from core operational execution to fundamental and complex change at scale.

We execute on this goal by constantly striving for operational excellence and driving structured, results orientated, best practice transformation, whilst collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional groups within Vonage.

Why this role matters:

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our largest and most complex business transformation programs. We are looking for ambitious, hands-on transformation leaders who have successfully delivered large-scale change programs that materially impacted business performance.

You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to assess, shape, and develop business cases, drive them through execution, and ensure benefits are realized. This means being equally comfortable engaging senior executives on strategic priorities and rolling up your sleeves to deliver tangible results on the ground.

This is an opportunity to play a leading role in a global transformation journey; delivering measurable business outcomes, shaping the future of our organization, and accelerating your own career in the process.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives - from discovery and business case development through implementation, change management, and benefits realization across people, process, systems, product, and cost-focused programs.
  • Apply strong commercial judgment and financial acumen to shape, assess, and evolve business cases, ensuring every initiative delivers tangible value and aligns with enterprise priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GTM teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives and remove delivery barriers.
  • Drive business performance by redesigning processes, embedding best practices, and enabling scalable, data-driven decision making.
  • Develop, coach, and hire top-tier talent - building transformation capability across the organization and fostering a culture of high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion excellence and raise the bar in delivery quality, analytical rigor, and execution discipline, ensuring initiatives set a new standard for impact and pace.
  • Execute robust change management and communication strategies to drive adoption, sustain new ways of working, and ensure lasting behavioral change.
  • Measure what matters - track benefits realization, monitor KPIs, and report results to senior stakeholders with transparency and precision.
  • Identify and manage risks and interdependencies, anticipating challenges early and problem-solving to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging market insights, emerging technologies, and transformation best practices to shape future waves of change.

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years’ experience in business transformation, management consulting, or large-scale change delivery - ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, combining strategic and hands-on execution experience.
  • Deep commercial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret financials, build and challenge business cases, and connect transformation outcomes directly to value creation and P&L improvement.
  • Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end transformations, from case development through implementation and full benefits realization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in data, modeling, and performance tracking to drive insight and action.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of mentoring, and growing high-performing teams that deliver at pace and to high standards.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement, able to influence and gain trust across all levels, from senior executives to delivery teams.
  • High standards and a growth mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively, inspire excellence, and continuously push for better outcomes.
  • A results-oriented, entrepreneurial drive, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments where impact and ownership matter most.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
