Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role by raising the bar on candidate experience by actively supporting our recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated problem solver to make an impact in an innovative, fast-paced environment that embraces new ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews, including virtual interviews, and/or on-site meetings across multiple time zones and with various interview panel members
- Manage complex calendar logistics, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively communicate schedule updates to candidates and interviewers
- Prepare and send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and necessary pre-interview materials
- Partner with recruiters in providing process best practices and efficiencies while ensuring a stellar candidate experience
- Assist in coordinating recruiting events, career fairs, or information sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Initiate and monitor successful completion of the background check and drug screen process; support new hire onboarding process as needed
- Understand and triage sensitive issues requiring additional escalation; proactively engage other partners to inform decisions
- Handle employee and position data in a variety of HR systems including data entry, integrity, auditing, and reporting; keep all relevant HR systems updated real-time as required for role while adhering to established service-level agreements
- Stay informed and updated on relevant HR policies, systems, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator including proven experience managing complex scheduling and calendars
- Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills; proficient prioritizing and multi-tasking to achieve results
- Obsessed with quality and detail orientation with dedication to accuracy
- Well-versed in HR and Applicant Tracking Systems and other relevant technologies
- Ability to access and utilize data across multiple tools and systems in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills requiring diplomacy, discretion, and good judgement
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with candidate and employee requests/issues
- Highly collaborative and interpersonally effective; ability to interact with individuals from varied backgrounds, communication styles, and positions internally and externally

The salary range represents the base salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors. Those include but are not limited to location, experience, and performance.
