About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Marketing Intelligence Analyst to develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement throughout the B2B lifecycle. This role involves the management of communication campaigns, segmentation, and CRM automation to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
What you will do
- Develop CRM Strategies: Create and execute targeted segmentation and personalized campaigns, focusing on the entire B2B customer lifecycle.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage email marketing, WhatsApp, and other communication channel campaigns to foster B2B relationships.
- Segmentation and Automation: Develop and manage CRM automation workflows.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret CRM data to generate insights, monitor campaign performance, and suggest continuous improvements. Propose actions to enhance customer retention and loyalty by identifying purchasing behaviors and patterns.
- KPI Monitoring: Track performance indicators (e.g., open rate, click-through rate, conversion, churn) and present detailed campaign reports.
Who you are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, or technology-related fields such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience: At least 3 years of CRM experience, with a focus on campaign management and marketing automation.
- CRM Tools Expertise: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced knowledge in data analysis.
- Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms and creating automated workflows.
