The Clinical Recruiter is a part of WelbeHealth’s People Department and an integral member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, utilizing strategies that attract experienced and talented professionals. The Recruiter will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing a best-in-class experience for both stakeholders and candidates. This role is responsible for delivering outcomes for recruitment needs, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations; managing and coordinating the full life cycle recruitment from start to finish, ensuring that the company attracts and hires the right candidates for current needs and pipelining talent for the future. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

On the day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Develop relationships with managers as a trusted advisors and build solid understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring strong service delivery and outcomes
  • Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of your stakeholders
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
  • Build WelbeHealth’s employment brand by being an ambassador on social media, recruitment platforms and across markets and networks
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout hiring process, from initial contact to interview preparation to final-offer negotiation; Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, professional experience may be substituted
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ full-life cycle recruitment experience with Clinical positions (RN’s, MA’s, etc.) is required
  • Experience recruiting other complex clinical roles, highly desired
  • Demonstrated success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service and serving as a strategic partner
  • Demonstrated success creating sourcing and pipelining strategies to fill a variety of high-volume clinical roles
  • Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, offer negotiation, and relationship management
  • Prior experience in an agency environment plus in-house recruiting preferred; Knowledge of and an interest in current healthcare recruiting practices

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.

$82,074.03 - $108,337.72 USD
