- Manage reception operations including check-ins, meeting room bookings, and AV requests.
- Serve as a resource for members by answering inquiries and providing guidance on campus events and services.
- Support events and activations with check-ins, setup, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with AV, security, and hospitality teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Become proficient in CRM tools (PeopleVine) to manage memberships, attendance, and communications.
- Engage with members to foster community connections and encourage campus engagement.
- Keep the reception and public areas clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Identify and escalate facility, member, or guest issues to leadership promptly.
- Spark joy, creativity, and connections in every member and guest interaction.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience (event, production, gym, or member-focused settings preferred).
- Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn, CRM/campus management tools (PeopleVine a plus).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, guest-first mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and activations.
- Comfortable working across diverse spaces—from large theaters to intimate studios.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in both high-traffic public areas and specialized studios.
