Position Summary:

The Liens Specialist at Witherite Law Group plays a key role in ensuring that legal and financial obligations related to liens, subrogation, and settlements are properly addressed and resolved. This position involves reviewing legal documents, medical bills, and case files to identify liens or subrogation requirements, verifying those relevant entities (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare) have been notified, and negotiating reductions when necessary. The role also requires effective communication with attorneys, clients, and external vendors to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with lien-related laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital lead generation goal strategy to align with the firm.
- Run and process MoM digital reports and recommendations.
- Stays up to date on current industry practices, news, and algorithm updates.
- Budget management to ensure funding is effectively used to deliver results efficiently.
- Perform routine digital audit, adherence to best practices, and execute daily tasks.
- Drive improvement by identifying opportunities for new processes and learnings.
- Team collaboration and cross-departmentally on integrated marketing strategies.
- Proactively work towards achieving growth marketing goals including leads at all stages, social media followers, website visitors, SEO rankings, and other program goals.
- Achieve the efficiencies expected to produce results in a highly efficient manner.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Maintain and update the website with in-house and outside resources.
- Strategize landing pages for marketing programs as needed.
- Make strategic improvements with the acquisition of new technology.
- Serve as a liaison to Paid Search agency.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain paid search (SEM) campaigns across several verticals.
- Understand goals and how to maximize success through tactical strategy and implementation.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunity areas for campaign optimization.
- Manage and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics.
- Develop keyword lists, monitor campaign pacing/spend delivery, and assist the Director on manipulating and interpreting data.
- Drive relevant traffic and leads by performing keyword research, competitive analysis and executing content optimization, technical SEO, and link building strategies.
- Create and execute search engine optimization strategies: goals, landscape, and industry.
- Measure results with tools like GA, GSC, and lead monitoring tools.
- Develop Content Landing Pages unique for Campaigns.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance including traffic, rankings, quality of conversions and other trends.
Qualifications:
- A working knowledge of digital applications.
- The ability to write coherent, compelling copy -keyword-rich & user-friendly.
- An understanding SEO optimization best practice.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CMS, and other industry specific tools.
- Digital Certifications a plus.
- Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to Supervisor.
- Experience in web analytics and SEO, proficiency in keyword research/optimization.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Screaming Frog, HTML, CSS, and content management system (CMS) or CRM
- Paid Search (SEM) experience. Google Ads Search GA Certification a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in GA or other analytics tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
- Stand/Sit – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
- Walk – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc.
- Use of hands/fingers to handle or feel – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.
- Climbs stairs – May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.
- Carry weight/lift - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.

Chicago Pay Range
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
