We’re on the lookout for a Digital Product Designer to join our all-star team for one of our biggest clients. We are designing entertainment and connectivity products that reach millions of customers across Europe and the UK. We are a distributed team, currently spread across London, Amsterdam and India. We’re looking for someone with razor sharp Figma skills, a keen interest in the future of design and how to build scalable digital products. As a product designer, you should have a knack for all things customer-centric, like the double diamond framework, data-led design decision making and user research.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

· You must have worked in an agency in a senior client facing role for at least five years.

· You must have experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders, presenting design work and running workshops.

· You must have experience setting up ways of working and/or processes.

· You must have experience working on large global digital programs, collaborating with team members from different disciplines in different countries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· You will be responsible for creating user-centric and visually captivating interfaces that push the boundaries of design excellence and define the user experiences of tomorrow.

· With support from the team, you will own these projects and help shape the day-to-day delivery and design for products. You will design for TVs, mobile, and the web; across countries such as the UK, Netherlands and Switzerland and Ireland.

· Collaborate with other designers, product teams and development teams, to deliver the best solutions for end users.

· Share your knowledge and experiences to make us a better design team, and to develop your own interests to become our newest specialist.

· Shape the team's ability to improve core skills. Learn from and implement external best practice, thinking and processes. Identify and enable opportunities for career growth through empowerment.

· Play a key role leading specific work streams. Support the Product Design Director in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking design direction for our products.

· Help to evolve efficient delivery processes with pro-active and effective impact assessment, effort estimation and communication of project requirements vs available supply of design resources and available skills.

WHAT YOU'RE LIKE

Are you a creative and passionate Product Design professional who wants to make a real impact in the digital world? We are seeking talented and experienced designers to join our Product Design team and shape the future of our digital experiences. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to drive the design of our entertainment and connectivity touch points.

You'll be responsible for translating business needs into intuitive and user-centric designs. You'll lead a data-driven design process that includes research, user testing, and usage data, and be an advocate for end-user needs and perspectives. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll seek out opportunities for both incremental and out-of-the-box design solutions.

We’re looking for someone with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and the delivery of effective and future-facing design solutions. You’ll have an eye for visual interaction details, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver against deadlines.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
