Senior Director Demand Generation
Position Overview:
As the Senior Director Demand Generation, you will be the driving force behind pipeline generation by creating and rolling out high-impact marketing campaigns. The campaigns by
your teams will drive solution awareness and engagement to the full extent. As a sound professional, you know exactly what is needed in order to identify interest and buying intent for
the Backbase Engagement Banking Platform (EBP). You will lead modern multi-disciplinary scrum teams with the best marketing professionals and work closely with other marketing
colleagues in brand building, marketing operations, and field marketing. You know how to work with creatives, content marketers, and digital marketers to come up with the best-defined way to potential customers throughout their buying journey. Your way to success is making a high impact by touching our relevant audiences at different places, with different means with an outside in view. Since you have a global scope you need to make sure you continuously align with all your international regional stakeholders. They are heavily dependent on the always-on global campaigns that come from your teams. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (8+ years) in demand generation or related roles, preferably in a
global B2B technology company.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Deep understanding of demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing
technologies.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven-decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
