Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Consultant (Pre-Sales + Post-Sales), Bahasa Indonesia-speaking, based in Singapore to join our growing team in Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and participating in both pre and post-sales activities with direct end customers and partners.

 In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Lead and participate in both pre and post-sales activities with direct end customers and partners

  • Provide technical advice, troubleshooting, and analysis and communicate technically complex ideas to both non-technical and technical audiences.

  • Be a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries

  • Become the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution,  architecture and implementation perspective for the Workato platform.

  • Develop collaterals: presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, solution packs

  • Conduct customer training, Work-jams, implementation and product support

  • Serve as a point of escalation when customer issues arise, troubleshoot, and ensure quick resolution

  • Working with our local and regional delivery partners/vendors, providing enablement and technical support on their various initiatives and projects with clients.

Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Computer Science or BS or equivalent education

  • 7+ years of Solutions Consulting / Technical Consulting experience is a must

  • 5+ years of experience with Integration and Middleware tools is a must

  • Communicate effectively with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders

  • Expertise in Enterprise security and governance

  • Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, Databases

  • Possess relevant Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Administrator, or Google Cloud GCP Cloud Engineer

  • Knowledge of Java and .Net platforms a plus

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with Bahasa Indonesia speaking customers /offshore clients.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
