Responsibilities
We seek an exceptional Director of Solution Consulting - North America (Presales) based in USA (preference - Boston, NYC, San Francisco) to join our growing team. This role will report to our Global VP of Solutions Consulting and will play an integral role in creating a vision for our customers. It is also critical in developing, leading, and managing a world-class team that continually delivers high-quality customer service.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants / Solutions Architects (Presales) aligned with our NA Enterprise business objectives

Work in partnership with SVP Sales Leaders in planning, forecasting, running QBRs, presales coverage, enabling the region and meeting revenue targets.

Collaborate with the Global Leadership team to lead Presales and Customer Success initiatives.

Effectively attract, hire, develop and retain top talent via coaching to grow our talented solution consulting organization.

Drive innovation, bring new business ideas to promote efficiency gains in the business or opportunities to expand.

Lead the team by example and manage Solutions Architecture work activities during the presales cycle, including discovery, scoping, and technical validation. I also drive post-sales success in helping our customers go live quickly and realize the value of Workato.

Executive leader and ambassador for key customers and partners

Robust public speaker and visionary technical storyteller

Articulate and educate on business, technical and architectural concepts to a variety of executive and technical audiences. In-person meeting, marketing or company events.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
Strong experience in leading and building presales organizations in the USA
-
BA/BS or equivalent education - Computer Science
-
15+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
-
10+ years of leading and managing diverse Enterprise SaaS organizations
-
Lead multi-million dollar opportunities
-
Experience in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), middleware and enterprise software
-
Experience developing customer-specific value propositions
-
Recognized or well-known Industry speaker

Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic growth environment with a passion for making an impact

Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
