This role is ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between technology solutions and business outcomes, helping clients understand the ROI and long-term value of their integration and automation investments.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Ensure that business value metrics align with clients’ KPIs, both at the departmental and enterprise levels.

  • Thought Leadership & Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of the iPaaS ecosystem to provide strategic guidance on integration, data flows, and automation. Help clients navigate digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

  • Customer Enablement & Advocacy: Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to adopt and scale iPaaS solutions, serving as both an advisor and a business advocate. Help clients identify opportunities for innovation and expansion through advanced capabilities of the platforms.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication of business value across the entire customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business consulting, solution engineering, or customer success, specifically in the iPaaS or SaaS space. Prior experience with leading iPaaS solutions or cloud integration platforms is highly preferred.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the integration landscape, including data integration, cloud applications, API management, automation, and SaaS ecosystems. Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and data flow strategies is essential.

  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business processes, assess client needs, and demonstrate the financial and operational value of integration and automation solutions. Experience in ROI modeling and business case development is a must.

  • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify challenges and propose creative, business-driven solutions. Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by addressing their unique business needs.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in leading or contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Experience with advanced data analytics, AI/ML, or other next-gen technologies integrated with iPaaS solutions.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and cloud infrastructure.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
