About the role

The Senior Recruiter at Workera will be a strategic talent acquisition leader responsible for building and scaling our world-class team during a pivotal growth phase. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will own full-cycle recruitment across technical, business, and GTM functions while developing innovative strategies to attract exceptional talent. You'll be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition approach as we revolutionize how enterprises understand and develop their workforce.

About your team

You'll be joining a small but mighty People team that aims to attract, retain, and develop a best-in-class global workforce. As part of the broader Operations organization, we sit at the heart of Workera, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout our growth journey. Our team is driven by serving as strategic partners to both our stakeholders and employees, while being at the forefront of AI adoption and development in HR Tech. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with passionate professionals who are reshaping how enterprises approach talent development, all while being part of a function that keeps Workera running effectively at scale.

 

What You’ll Do:

Within 2 months, you will:

  • Develop deep understanding of Workera's business model, competitive landscape, and target talent profiles
  • Map out key competitors and talent pools in the AI/ML and HR Tech space
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop comprehensive role scopes and requirements
  • Design and implement scalable, global recruitment processes across all departments
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and executive leadership
  • Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment effectiveness
  • Optimize job descriptions and employer branding materials company-wide

Within 4 months, you will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across engineering, product, sales, and operations
  • Develop and optimize our candidate assessment and interview processes
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI and modern recruitment tools
  • Build talent acquisition systems and processes that scale globally
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish Workera as an employer of choice in the AI/ML talent space
  • Create scalable processes for high-volume, global hiring initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy
  • Mentor team members on recruitment best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in both agency and in-house recruitment roles
  • Track record of successfully managing stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite
  • Excellence in scoping roles and serving as a strategic talent partner to business leaders
  • Strong operational mindset with experience improving recruitment systems and processes
  • Demonstrated success in global hiring across technical and GTM functions
  • Experience building and optimizing talent acquisition workflows and systems
  • Deep understanding of international hiring practices and requirements
  • Proven track record of successful technical and business recruitment in high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to recruitment
  • Experience with modern recruitment tools and technologies
  • Exceptional communication and project management capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants and applying them effectively within your work context.
