Why we're hiring:

As part of our People Analytics team, you’ll be working closely with the People team, Data & Tech teams as well as other broader functions across our group and operating companies to help support our reporting and data analytics. We are undergoing a large transformation across our People and Finance functions and the People Analytics team has a vast array of projects with touchpoints across multiple functions. We need a project manager to get stuck in and help us deliver projects that have never been done before. 

*This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover*

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Liaise with c-suite executives to co-ordinate the creation, build, production and continuous improvement of analytics products
  • Manage and scope out projects that span across functions
  • Drive project success metrics and timelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions across our agencies
  • Identify and proactively handle risks, issues, dependencies, forecast resource demand and prioritisation
  • Directly manage the day to day of our analytics team 

 

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a project management role and utilising agile methodologies
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate and engage with the C-suite
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and problem solving
  • Both detail and ‘big picture’ conscious
  • The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently
  • Diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice
  • Proficiency in Excel
