Ready to become a Wriker
We are searching for an experienced Paid Ads Marketing Specialist to join our skilled in-house paid digital team at Wrike. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing ad campaigns, focusing on paid social and paid search platforms. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads and maximize revenue to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing paid campaign operations and creative strategy, combined with a strong analytical skill set to drive efficiency and foster innovation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create and optimize paid digital campaigns across paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn) and paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
- Regularly monitor and adjust budgets, targets and bids based on performance data to enhance user acquisition and ROI.
- Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights on effectiveness, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Content, and Data Analyst teams to develop effective ad creatives, optimize landing pages, and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
You will achieve your best if you have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid social and/or paid search campaigns. Experience in a B2B company is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to generate innovative testing ideas.
- Proven expertise in audience building and/or keyword research, using advanced segmentation and targeting techniques to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced digital marketing environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities by continuously learning and improving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or BI analytics tools, or a willingness to learn them during onboarding.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
