Wrike is looking for a Payroll Analyst to support our payroll processing, accounting operations and reporting. We’re looking for a motivated, well-organized, and experienced individual with knowledge of payroll processes who are interested in growth in the international environment.

More about your team

  • Your manager will be Wanda Newcome, Accounting Manager, located in the United States. The Payroll team is part of the larger Accounting team with over 30 team members located in the USA, Cyprus, Czech Republic and India.

  • Tech stack: NetSuite, Wrike, UKG Pro, UKG One View, Google Suite, Excel, Slack
  • Daily check in meetings, Daily Close meetings, Monthly and Quarterly team meetings
  • Hybrid mode, flexible working hours - as an accounting role, additional hours may be required during month end close and payroll processing

How You’ll make an impact

  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager for final review and approval to complete payroll in multiple regions prepared by local payroll vendors
  • Support HR and Finance teams with various payroll tax matters 
  • Verify and maintain accounting general ledger journals
  • Follow and maintain controls and processes
  • Prepare ad hoc reports used for accruals
  • Learn US Payroll processing and act as back up for processing when necessary
  • Communicate and collaborate with different departments to obtain the necessary information for accurate financial record
  • Assists with year-end audits of various kinds
  • Maintain world-class financials ensuring timely, reliable, accurate, complete, and consistent financial results
  • Streamline operations and tasks
  • Manage special projects as assigned or required

About you

  • 5+ years of Accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Ability to absorb information quickly, motivated to continually acquire knowledge and skills.

You will achieve your best if you have

  • A willingness to learn and communicate across multiple cultures
  • Strong background and understanding of payroll operations and accounting
  • Strong Excel/ Google Sheets skills
  • Task oriented, detail oriented and possesses drive to close on time
  • English spoken and written skills - advanced level

You will stand out with

  • Previous payroll processing or reconciliation experience.
  • Previous global experience.
