Investor Relations Analyst

About the role 

Yieldstreet is looking for an Analyst to join the Investor Relations team full time. The IR team plays a critical role in shaping investor interactions with the platform, and helps drive Yieldstreet’s core growth metrics. You will engage daily with our investors to provide education, assist with account setup, facilitate investments, and support them throughout their entire Yieldstreet investing journey, all with the goal of enhancing the investor experience. You will work collaboratively with all members of the Investor Relations team as well as multiple internal stakeholders including the Operations, Product and Engineering teams. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced international work environment. This role will be based in our office in Athens, Greece.

What you'll do:

  • Provide timely, high-quality service to our investors that helps them achieve their goals. Assist with and own various onboarding activities, including accreditation approval, account setup, and answering general account and investment questions and addressing technical inquiries.
  • Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, pain points, areas for improvement, and overall investor experience enhancement.
  • Develop areas of expertise and help to execute an enhanced onboarding and educational experience that complements the platform and adds value to our investors.
  • Become a key liaison between Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with the execution of ad hoc projects.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications / Information Technology / Finance preferred
  • 2 - 4 years experience in customer service, client onboarding, or a similar customer-facing role (preferably in financial services, technology, or fintech/SaaS customer success), with a strong focus on front-line technical support and/or operational support within middle office functions, is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential), with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Motivated, self-starter with aptitude for hard work with a ‘no task too small’ attitude
  • Detail oriented, flexible and organized, with the ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator, effectively and confidently interacts with external (new members, investors) and internal constituencies (colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across the organization)
  • We’re looking for people who love to raise the bar, push thinking, and drive to practical solutions at scale
  • Fulfilled military obligations

Bonus points for:

  • A strong background in customer success or technical support
  • Prior work history in fintech or a fast growing start-up
  • Experience with automation and AI, particularly ChatGPT and similar conversational tools, includes automating customer interactions, providing instant assistance, and analyzing data to improve support effectiveness
  • Familiarity with systems like Intercom, Zendesk, AI chat bots, Salesforce, project management tools, BI tools and Looker
  • Knowledge of or experience with the regulatory and compliance guidelines for interacting with prospects and investors
