THE ROLE

Zeta's Ad Tech platform is at the center of our growth story — a full-stack, owned-and-operated ecosystem spanning DSP, SSP, CDP, and AI-native intelligence. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the strategy and execution of our core programmatic platform, bringing together audience, inventory, and measurement capabilities under a unified, performance-led vision. This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role that sits at the intersection of technology, data, and go-to-market. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and commercial leadership to define the next generation of our programmatic stack — and help establish Zeta as the definitive full-stack alternative to the walled gardens.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

1. Full-Stack Ad Tech Measurement Strategy

  • Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap across DSP, SSP, and CDP — ensuring coherence across bid decisioning, audience activation, measurement, and attribution
  • Define and evolve Zeta's unified audience architecture, bridging first-party data, ZIDbased identity resolution, and real-time signal enrichment
  • Drive the narrative around Zeta's competitive differentiation as the only independent stack with owned data, owned supply, and owned decisioning
  • Establish Zeta's measurement philosophy end-to-end — connecting media investment to business outcomes across impression, engagement, conversion, and revenue

2. Measurement-Driven Performance & Campaign Outcomes

  • Own the product strategy for closing the loop between measurement signals and campaign execution — ensuring that performance data actively informs and optimizes bid decisioning, pacing, and audience targeting in real time
  • Define how Zeta translates advertiser campaign goals (ROAS, CPA, reach, brand lift) into platform-level optimization signals, with AI serving as the connective tissue between measurement outputs and activation levers
  • Partner with Athena AI teams to embed outcome-oriented intelligence directly into campaign workflows — moving beyond post-campaign reporting toward in-flight measurement that drives continuous optimization
  • Establish feedback loop architecture that connects impression-level data, conversion signals, and third-party measurement inputs into a unified performance intelligence layer
  • Define evaluation frameworks that ensure AI-driven recommendations are tied to client defined KPIs, are explainable to practitioners, and build trust across both managed and self-serve customers

3. Omnichannel Measurement — CTV, Linear & Converged TV

  • Own the product strategy for omnichannel measurement spanning digital, CTV, and linear — enabling advertisers to plan, activate, and measure across converged TV environments
  • Drive integration with ACR (Automatic Content Recognition) data sources to enable cross-screen exposure measurement, frequency management, and outcome attribution against linear and streaming viewership
  • Define Zeta's approach to co-mingling first-party, second-party, and panel-based data for deduplicated reach and frequency reporting across screens
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to build durable infrastructure for identity-linked TV measurement — bridging household graphs, device graphs, and deterministic signals
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts in currency alternatives, measurement accreditation (MRC), and the evolving role of clean rooms in cross-platform attribution

4. Insights & Measurement Infrastructure

  • Own the product vision for campaign analytics, audience insights, and cross-channel attribution — enabling clients to connect media investment to business outcomes
  • Define the roadmap for self-serve reporting and insights tooling, including role-based access, white-label capabilities, and API-first data delivery
  • Establish measurement standards that bridge Zeta's proprietary signals with emerging industry frameworks (clean rooms, incrementality, attention metrics)
  • Determine the strategy for integrating with third-party measurement partners (e.g., Nielsen, iSpot, Comscore, DoubleVerify) and define how actionable data from external execution platforms — DSPs, social, search, and retail media — flows into Zeta's reporting and optimization layer

5. Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership

  • Partner with GTM, revenue, and client success teams to translate platform capabilities into compelling commercial narratives — including for flagship events and client engagements
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, establishing a culture of rigor, customer empathy, and outcome orientation
  • Influence C-suite product strategy and represent the Ad Tech platform in executive forums, client QBRs, and industry venues (Cannes, CES, IAB)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in programmatic advertising, ad tech platforms, or marketing technology
  • Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem — DSP/SSP mechanics, auction dynamics, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and supply chain integrity
  • Proven ability to define and ship complex, data-intensive platform products at scale
  • Experience partnering with AI/ML teams to embed intelligence into product workflows — including defining model requirements, evaluation criteria, and human-in-the-loop designs
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to connect product decisions to revenue outcomes and articulate roadmap priorities to enterprise clients and internal executives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to synthesize complexity and drive alignment across engineering, design, data, and GTM organizations
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing PM teams

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working across both buy-side (DSP) and sell-side (SSP) platforms
  • Familiarity with CDP architectures and first-party data activation strategies
  • Exposure to curation, deal management, or curated marketplace models
  • Prior experience at an independent ad tech company building against scaled walled garden competitors

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The programmatic industry is at an inflection point — identity deprecation, AI-driven optimization, and the collapse of the open web's trust stack are reshaping how buyers and sellers operate. Zeta's full-stack, data-owned position is genuinely differentiated, but realizing that differentiation requires product leadership that can think architecturally, execute operationally, and communicate commercially. This is a rare opportunity to shape the product strategy of an entire ad tech stack — not just a layer of it — at a company where the data, supply, and decisioning are all in-house.

BENEFITS & PERKS

• Unlimited PTO • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage • Employee equity • Flexible / hybrid work environment • Employee discounts, virtual wellness classes, and pet insurance — and more

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 depending on location and experience.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
