Description

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Cloud International to accelerate the adoption, impact, and delivery of Zeta’s Data Cloud in the Canadian market. This role is both strategic and hands-on; a functional subject matter expert who partners with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver actionable insights, compelling narratives, and tailored solutions for clients and prospects.

As the local market Data Cloud SME, you’ll manage the intake pipeline of regional requests, run analyses, build client-ready presentations, build and deliver customized client facing demos of the platform. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on identity, intelligence, attribution and data strategy, bridging global standards with regional needs & capabilities.

This is a multi-faceted role at the intersection of consulting, insights, and execution, with a future pathway into people leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-facing demos, showcasing how Zeta’s Data Cloud can solve real-world marketing challenges.
  • Act as the primary SME for Zeta’s Data Cloud in Canada, supporting Sales and Customer Success with insights, demos, and tailored strategies.
  • Translate Zeta’s identity, intelligence, attribution, and activation capabilities into compelling, data-driven narratives that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the regional intake pipeline for Data Cloud International requests, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs across insights, reporting, and client deliverables.
  • Run hands-on analysis of first- and third-party datasets, transforming findings into strategic recommendations for acquisition, growth, and retention.
  • Partner with US & UK based teams to align Canadian execution with global standards while adapting to local market needs & capabilities.
  • Support regional data partnerships, assisting with delivery, coordination, and reporting in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support RFPs and brief responses, crafting innovative data-driven use cases and integrating Zeta’s value proposition into proposals.
  • Provide training and enablement to internal teams, equipping Sales and Customer Success with the knowledge to confidently leverage Data Cloud independently.
  • Capture client feedback and market insights to inform Zeta’s Data Cloud roadmap and enhance international solutions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in MarTech, AdTech, or data-driven marketing/consulting, with strong client-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in data strategy and audience insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on practitioner: confident in building decks, running analyses, and presenting to senior clients.
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian market
  • Conversational French an added bonus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Analytics teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace in a fast-moving environment.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional, client-facing storytelling
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, logic-based queries, data cleaning & filtering)
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools
  • Understanding of advanced analytics and modelling
  • Digital Marketing experience (e.g., Programmatic, Social, CRM)
  • Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Experience managing cross-functional collaboration and SLAs
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset, able to design innovative solutions

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is 125,000 - 140,000 CAD, depending on location and experience.
