Sales Associate II (P&C) - Policygenius

WHO YOU ARE:
As a Sales Associate II, P&C you are a motivated individual who embodies our commitment to helping customers navigate the complexities of insurance effortlessly. You are a licensed P&C professional passionate about making a positive impact and utilizing your sales skills to advise clients holistically about their insurance needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work collaboratively with your peers to continue to build out our rapidly expanding Property & Casualty product vertical
- Prepare consultative, value-based presentations for our clients based on our Case Managers’ recommendations
- Provide an unprecedented client experience in order to earn loyalty and build our brand
- Coordinate with lenders and carriers to efficiently communicate our clients’ needs
- Adhere to team policies by meeting quality standards & service level agreements in your daily work flows
- Manage your individual daily work flows & lean in to assist other teammates when necessary
- Adapt to regularly evolving processes & workflows to improve individual/team efficiency
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1+ years of Property & Casualty insurance sales experience and an active insurance license
- 3+ years of sales experience; a consultative, value-based approach preferred
- A positive attitude, effective problem-solving skills & a passion for providing a sublime client experience
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills; both internally & externally
- Strong attention to detail & the ability to self-manage with regular context switching
- Honesty & Integrity - you do not cut corners and can be trusted to do the right thing for our clients & our team
- A teamwork mindset - you take ownership of your work AND your team’s success
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A deep appreciation for the power of a well-placed GIF

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
