
Support Services Representative

Who You Are:
Support Services Representatives process incoming mail for scanning and data entry as a part of ingestion into workflow systems for all Zinnia clients. Responsibilities also include records tracking, handling and retrieval.
What You'll Do:
- Sort, scan, and index incoming mail for all Zinnia clients;
- Review contents of incoming mail and determine which process the work type will follow;
- Complete data entry and handle additional related administrative projects and assignments;
- Deal effectively with others and possess good interpersonal and teamwork skills and have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks; and
- Preserve, store, track and provide the ability to retrieve corporate records.
- Process incoming money by entering necessary data into the appropriate cash management system and money reconciliation.
- Run reports, pull original documents, and process incoming transfer paperwork for all Zinnia clients while maintaining an adequate quality rating on the work performed.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant experience and basic knowledge of imaging, cash processing, and record management techniques are considered an asset;
- Proficiency in keyboarding, such as, 40 wpm and 10-key skills;
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and additional hours as workload demands;
- Must be able to deal effectively with others and possess good teamwork skills;
- Ability to adapt to change in work assignments and work under time driven deadlines
- Ability to pick up boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
