Technical Project Manager IV

WHO YOU ARE:
We’re currently looking for a project manager to work with our rapidly growing Zinnia AI investments. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the execution of critical, exciting projects and initiatives on the roadmap. You’ll sit on cross functional teams including product, design, engineering, data, marketing, and operations to figure out how we can continue scaling these businesses and build a best-in-class product experience to meet the individual needs of our customers. This individual will confidently lead cross-functional teams in a unified direction, presenting to executive stakeholders, and holding teams accountable for overarching delivery goals of insights and analytics for Zinnia to improve consumer experience and grow market share.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create a clear and compelling medium and long-term vision for AI Analytics that power our features and develop a roadmap to realize that vision
- Oversee and coordinate complex roadmap projects from concept to completion articulating goals and timelines to effectively cascade project statuses to leadership and stakeholders
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify, validate, and prioritize investments as well as to analyze their impact
- Partner closely within a cross-functional team of data scientists, data engineers, researchers, and partner with operations and partner product teams to package and ship off targeted project deliverables
- Drive the product development process for your product from ideation, discovery, delivery, launch, through impact analysis, collaborating with many teams along the way
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify, validate, and prioritize investments as well as to analyze their impact
- Contribute to mentoring the teams and our process to improve the impact that the product organization has
- Define OKRs, track progress, and measure the impact of the team’s efforts against business goals.
- Be a positive contributor to the Product team at large, e.g., help foster an environment of continuous learning, mentor team members, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- You have 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager building products with clear, demonstrable results, preferably having focused on data-intensive or analytics products.
- You demonstrate strong analytical ability, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, such that you can engage with your counterparts in a collaborative and productive manner
- You have a strong track record of dealing with complex systems and building products in a way that supports scaling
- You have a strong understanding of current product best-practice and opinions on where product is going next
- Experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools
- Advanced level communication, interpersonal, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional, global team
- Ability to foster teamwork, build collaborative relationships
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in technology or related field

Expertise in data-intensive or analytics products is preferred, not mandatory
