Sr Associate - Finance

WHO YOU ARE:
Finance Associate will be responsible for a wide range of financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity financial statements of Zinnia India. The incumbent will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of reporting, auditing, accounting, general ledger management, direct and indirect taxes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The key roles & responsibilities of this role would be the following:
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements along with notes to accounts
• Completion of statutory and tax audit with auditors
• Monthly closing of books, Preparation of Reporting pack and reconciliations
• Managing Direct Tax compliances like computing of Advance Tax, TDS Returns etc.
• Managing Indirect Tax compliances like GST Returns, Input tax credits. Exercising control over calculation of GST payable, RCM payable working, payments etc.
• Assistance in the AR/AP process, support in automation of AP process
• Working experience on SEZ, STPI and statutory compliances like PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in Reporting, Auditing, AR/AP process, tax and statutory compliances
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a multicultural team across multiple locations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred), and Microsoft Excel
