
Senior Manager, RevOps

WHO YOU ARE:
The Senior Manager, RevOps is responsible for various administrative and operational functions to ensure seamless sales support and optimize processes. To be successful in this role, one must enjoy working cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Technology, and Marketing and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses superior attention to detail with a proven ability to quickly, consistently, and accurately execute both standardized and ad hoc processes. This role requires a candidate who thinks strategically, has a strong work-ethic, takes initiative, and is a problem solver.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, understand priorities, and initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing.
- Conduct business analysis including customer and market analysis for leads and prospects, applying quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
- Ability to understand, create, and deliver executive level, audience-appropriate communication and presentations.
- Understand the reporting needs of the Sales Department and lead the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales team members for CRM and salesops best practices.
- Support creating seller enablement on SalesOps and pipeline responsibilities.
- Drive process improvement and manage various aspects of the CRM including workflow design, reporting, data integrity and maintenance.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 5 to 7 years of strong analytical and problem solving experience working in sales strategy or RevOps or SalesOps
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales and revenue management; understanding of B2B enterprise sales models.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail and ability to coordinate and interact with cross functional teams.
- Ability to validate and pinpoint data accuracy and potential forecasting and revenue hurdles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation and business intelligence skills.
- Experience leveraging leading CRM software and knowledge of best practices in CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across groups and levels within the organization.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
