Summary:
As the Product Manager II of the Scale team, you will lead the development and optimization of tools and workflows that integrate sales motions into the customer journey to drive growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, UX Research, Finance, and other teams to scope and execute major product improvements. By building strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Trust & Safety, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering, you will represent their needs to the product organization and share product insights with partners.
Key Focuses:
- Evaluate and prioritize tools and systems to determine which to create, rewrite, retain, or outsource. Partner with engineering to redesign systems for scalability and efficiency, and clearly communicate the rationale for tool or feature investments
- Uncover and document internal processes to become the subject matter expert in the internal account-tracking system and its integration with Salesforce, ensuring transparency and process clarity
- Lead the product strategy for account management tools, overseeing the discovery of new sales enablement features. Drive alignment, write specifications, and ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Own the sales enablement infrastructure roadmap, balancing both short-term and long-term objectives
- Act as a cross-functional leader by building and maintaining alignment with Sales, Trust & Safety, Partnerships, Audit, senior leadership, and other product teams. Serve as a unifying force, ensuring business interests are at the forefront and motivating teams toward shared goals
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in tools creation, sales enablement, or related domains
- Proficiency in conducting user interviews to derive requirements and define the scope of product improvements
- Experience leading mission-critical systems, such as customer-facing sales tools or enterprise software solutions
- Proven ability to demonstrate the value of product and engineering initiatives through measurable impact on business outcomes
- Basic design or prototyping experience, with the ability to contribute to early-stage product mockups or UI discussions
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills, with a history of collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate and implement new features, system redesigns, or migrations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Background working with Sales teams or internal tools teams
- Proven experience evaluating and making decisions between building in-house solutions versus purchasing external tools
- Hands-on experience working in a marketplace environment, with a deep understanding of its dynamics, multiple user types, and the tools required to drive growth and optimize processes

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000-$182,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
