We’re looking for an experienced Benefits Experience Owner to join our growing People Services team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Services, you'll be based in a hybrid role in our Costa Rica office and be responsible for:
- Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., People & Culture, payroll, IT) to ensure smooth operations and delivery of benefit programs
- Leading benefits-related projects from inception to completion, working across HR, payroll, finance, IT, and other key functions to ensure alignment, integration, and efficient execution
- Managing projects aimed at simplifying and enhancing the employee benefits experience, including streamlining processes, improving access to information, and facilitating adoption of benefits tools and platforms
- Evaluating existing workflows and processes within the benefits operations space to identify areas for improvement that enhance clarity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
- Developing and documenting frameworks, best practices, and standardized workflows to ensure smooth execution of benefits projects
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, total rewards, or human resources with a focus on cross-functional project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and priorities
- Strong understanding of employee United States benefits programs and related compliance regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and competing priorities
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or Agile methodologies) or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CEBS)
- Experience with HR systems, benefits platforms, and workflow management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams
