We’re looking for a Senior People Consultant to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. This role is based in Costa Rica, with in-office presence required at our Escazú office three days per week. Reporting to the VP of HR Business Partners, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Serve as the primary People & Culture (P&C) contact for employees in Costa Rica and across Latin America, providing support on employee relations, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.  
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to address employee relations issues, provide coaching, and manage behavior and performance challenges for Latin American employees.  
  • Utilize people data insights and feedback tools, such as pulse surveys and exit interviews, to drive recommendations and implement strategies for organizational improvement.  
  • Lead people-related projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution through effective coordination, clear communication, and strong project management skills.  
  • Partner with the broader P&C team to understand organizational systems, identify improvement opportunities, and actively contribute to scaling and transforming the People & Culture function.  

 

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience.  
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including managing employee lifecycle processes in high-growth, fast-paced environments.  
  • Expertise in employee relations, with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment.  
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.  
  • Proficiency in M365 and G-Suite applications.
