We’re looking for an experienced Training Support Specialist to join the Zscaler Cyber Academy training operations team. This role is hybrid and based in our San Jose, CA office 2-3 days a week. Reporting to the Director, Training Operations, you will focus on enabling the Zscaler ecosystem with knowledge training and skills for using and deploying Zscaler products. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing the scheduling of training sessions, including customer, partner, and internal programs, while acting as the primary point of contact for external trainers and vendors regarding training materials, courses, and event logistics
- Communicating effectively by emailing participants and trainers regarding session registrations, addressing user queries from the training distribution list, and maintaining accurate records and databases for training activities
- Tracking and reporting on training outcomes by creating post-training reports, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with subject matter experts and management to identify and implement improvements for future sessions
- Overseeing the organization and execution of customer training events, including pre-event program management, on-site support, and coordination of material distribution and giveaway items on a global scale
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the organization, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized and adept at multitasking, with the capability to manage bookings, schedule events, and meet tight deadlines efficiently
- Proficient in data entry, report generation, and intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
- Intermediate knowledge/expertise of multiple Learning Management Systems, Salesforce.com, Asana
- On-site event coordination experience

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$87,500 - $125,000 USD
