We are looking for a highly motivated Production Intern to join our outstanding Zynga Mobile game tech Production team for a six-month internship. They will report to the Lead Producer of ZMGT team, and assist with project management and initiatives that have an impact across Zynga Mobile game tech org.
It is an opportunity to contribute to Zynga’s success and join an extraordinary team spanning multiple locations. You will work on initiatives that will have a lasting impact well beyond the internship term.
What you will do:
- Facilitate and coordinate the SDLC process, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Establish project management standard methodologies in collaboration with the senior Producer, including documentation, rollout and monitoring, and control.
- Research and collaborate with Zynga Mobile game tech Producers to propose project management solutions for improved Production at Zynga Mobile game tech
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Develop and roll out standardized reporting.
- Compile, track, analyze, and report on data on a Project management tool like JIRA
- Support day-to-day activities by coordinating meetings and following up on action items.
What we are looking for:
- Project management skills; able to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized, good time-management skills, attention to detail, dedicated, and a self-starter.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialogue, engenders trust, and partners well within a team to deliver results.
- Experience with Google Suite and familiarity with Google Smartsheet is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Add on: Completed courses or certifications in Project Management. Project Management experience is an asset.
