Overview
Verkada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and optimization of our end-to-end commercial experience for customers and partners. This role focuses on the entire customer journey—spanning trials, purchases, renewals, and revenue growth—while enabling partners to seamlessly onboard, plan, transact, and manage customer experiences.
As the owner of Verkada’s "Commercial" experience, you will drive scalable, intuitive processes that enhance customer satisfaction and partner efficiency. Your work will directly influence how revenue is acquired, expanded, and retained, making these workflows frictionless and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end monetization workflows, including trials, purchases, renewals, and opportunities for revenue expansion
- Enhance the partner experience with tools and processes that support onboarding, transaction management, and ongoing customer service
- Improve trial-to-paid conversions through seamless onboarding and setup experiences for customers
- Simplify purchasing and billing processes to better serve enterprise-scale customers and distributed organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align commercial workflows with business and customer needs
- Continuously gather feedback from end customers and partners to refine the monetization lifecycle and drive adoption of new features
- Define and track success metrics, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on monetization, revenue operations, or customer lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Proven ability to create seamless experiences for customers and partners, including purchase, renewal, and managed services workflows
- Strong understanding of subscription models, including trials, billing, and renewals
- Experience building solutions for both end customers and partner ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills to use data effectively in identifying opportunities and driving decisions
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects to deliver impactful results
- Knowledge of SaaS economics, revenue models, and growth strategies for optimizing workflows is a strong plus

Annual Pay Range
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$130,000 - $200,000 USD
