As Director of Data Science and Analytics, you will play a key role in building intelligent, scalable systems that power our growth engine. Your team’s work will be highly visible across the organization and instrumental in developing a cutting-edge platform and measurement framework that enables marketing teams to deliver personalized, timely, and impactful campaigns at scale. This role combines deep technical expertise, business intuition, and a creative approach to problem-solving to drive efficient, high-impact growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the analytics strategy for Marketing by establishing clear metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to measure, forecast, and optimize outcomes.
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and identify new market opportunities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of analytical models and reporting systems that provide end-to-end visibility into marketing performance, strategic initiatives, and customer engagement. Champion best practices in data governance, automation, and analytics tooling to enhance scalability and operational efficiency within the marketing analytics function.
- Support annual planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth initiatives by aligning analytics strategies with broader business objectives.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of marketing attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness, inform investment decisions, and enable data-driven optimizations across channels.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, or related fields, with a strong track record of success in senior leadership roles.
- Advanced proficiency with analytics and business intelligence tools such as SQL, dbt, Looker, and Python.
- Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing analytics teams, as well as managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships across GTM teams and influence outcomes through partnership.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive executive-level decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly present complex analyses to diverse audiences.
Annual Pay Range
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
