RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the 2K Chengdu multilingual project test group.
• Set and evaluate the performance of the test team leader and senior testers, and assist the test manager to complete the annual performance appraisal.
• Recruit game project testers, train and guide testers according to project needs.
• Coordinate project progress and personnel allocation with 2K testing teams in the United States and the United Kingdom and foreign testing managers. Maintain good communication and cooperation with 2K's development teams in the UK and Japan.
• Lead and supervise the testing of 2K multilingual game projects:
• Maintain and manage the bug database of multilingual game projects.
• Understand the game industry standards and apply them in the game testing process. Manage multilingual game project testing on multiple game platforms. Manage standardized testing on Microsoft and Sony gaming platforms.
• Provide daily project reports and weekly project and situation reports.
• Track and report weekly team performance to the test manager.
• Manage the outsourcing test team and establish a good cooperative relationship with the test outsourcing team. Ensure that the project is completed on time while ensuring high quality.
• With the goal of improving the quality of the game, assist the test manager to maintain and update the test process, methods, and standards. Adjust the test resources and direction according to the project. Promote the continuous improvement of the project process and testing methods.
