INCENTIVES SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (G2)
SUMMARY:
As a Senior Incentives Account Manager, you will work shoulder to shoulder with your account portfolio to understand their objectives so that incentives can accelerate their brand growth. This will require you to leverage data and insights that help identify the opportunity and to tell the story. You will be responsible for understanding the impact that incentives have on their brands and at Kroger and identify incremental opportunities to cross sell and upsell with ongoing incentives and with upper funnel media tactics. Aligning incentives to CPG’s key performance indicators will deliver clear success metrics and provide an opportunity for future optimization.
To be successful, you will need to partner closely with the Lead Account Manager along with the Account Manager specialists in Media and Insights to achieve holistic commercial goals. In addition, deep knowledge of the commodity vertical will enable direct connection and impact to the brands’ success at Kroger. Incentives technical and tool acumen will be necessary to effectively advance the workflow from pre-sales to post sales in partnership with the Activation Account Manager and Campaign Operations. This candidate needs a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment focused on account management or business development needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the organic growth for their assigned CPG portfolio with Incentives
- Optimize CPG investment that align to prioritized KPIs
- Cross-sell/Up-sell incentives with Media tactics that deliver an amplified results for customers, brands, and Kroger
- Leverage data and insights to proactively identify organic growth opportunities
- Work cross functional to ensure flawless campaign set-up and execution
- Deliver campaign results and leverage opportunities for future optimizations
- Identify incremental ideas based on client needs that can be actioned within the Strategy & Activation teams
- Obtain deep commodity knowledge that can productively drive growth for brands and Kroger
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4+ years of account management and/or business development experience
- Ability to leverage data that drives to action
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with others to deliver a common goal
- Works well under tight turnaround and deadlines
- Project management experience
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity & thrive in driving recommendations and solutions forward

- The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.

Pay Range
$67,000 - $181,250 USD
